To apply to WESLI, you will need to give us three things:
1. An application form. (See choices below.)
2. Financial documentation that shows you have enough money to live and
study in the U.S.
3. A non-refundable US$100 application fee.
If you want to receive your acceptance letter and I-20 quickly,
you can also send US$50 for UPS courier service.
You can send us your application by using one of these three
ways:

Form. Fill out , submit and pay on-line. Security
guaranteed.
This is the quickest way to send your application and receive your acceptance
letter and I-20. You can pay the US$100 application fee and mailing
fee (if you choose a fast mail service) by credit card, and send your
financial
documentation by fax to 608-257-4346.

2. Printable
Application Form (PDF). Print and complete this form, and fax or mail it to WESLI.
If you fax your form and financial documentation to 608-257-4346, you
can pay the US$100 application fee and mailing fee (if you choose
a fast mail service) by credit card.
If you mail your application form, you can include a check to pay
the US$100 application fee and mailing fee and your financial documentation
in the same envelope.

form back to WESLI by fax or mail.
